This waxwing was the only bird species I shot while in the Glacier and Waterton area. We had stopped along the parkway to photograph a Moose that was feeding in the water next to the road. Several waxwings came and went as we were standing there, in about the best light I had seen for the whole trip! I didn't have any photos of this wonderful bird, and was very happy to add this to my collection.
