This Ibis was spotted in the trees behind us, a few minutes after we stopped photographing the Hyacinth Macaw in the previous shot. The bright white sky was again problematic. I pushed up the flash EV to +1 to try and put some light on the darkly colored feathers, but this image still needed significant use of the Shadows and Highlights Tool in Photoshop to be salvaged. This was a fairly commonly seen bird in the Pantanal.
