Another frequently seen bird is this Blue-gray Tanager. I usually shoot in Manual Exposure mode, as I find it gives me more consistent and accurate exposure in most circumstances. But here, there were birds in a variety of locations, some in the bright sun, and others in the shadows, and I used Aperture Priority to enable me to switch from one location to the next, as needed.
