The owners of Rancho Naturalista lived a little ways from the Lodge, and had some flowering bushes in their backyard that regularly attracted Hummingbirds, including the Black-crested Coquette, and the Snowcap.  We headed down there late one afternoon with the goal of shooting one or hopefully both species.  This is the Female Black-crested Coquette.  No images of the Male, unfortunately - maybe next trip!
