Tricolored Heron

I only had one opportunity to photograph this species, and didn't find it again when I went back on other occasions. It is not as large as the Great blue, but looked very similar in flight. Canon 100-400 at 400mm, ISO 100, f/5.6 and 1/100 second (hand-held).
